Take Sirene by GAIA, for example — a new beachfront jewel at J1 Beach. Since opening earlier this year, it’s welcomed over 210,000 guests, drawing in crowds of up to 5,000 people on weekends. Want a table for lunch? You’ll need to join a waitlist of more than 3,000 names.
It’s not just the views and the cuisine drawing attention. High-profile guests like Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashid, Jennifer Lopez, Roger Federer, and Anthony Joshua have added to the club’s already magnetic appeal.
